It’s been more than six months since the home health payment model was completely reworked. There’s no time like the present to take inventory of how you’re doing and see how your agency compares to others across the nation under this new payment structure.

During this 60-minute webinar, home health data analysis expert Chris Attaya will share detailed early data related to key PDGM indicators such as percentage of cases with low and high comorbidities, percentage of cases in each clinical group, case-mix weights and LUPA rates for different clinical groups, etc.
