Kelly Adams Kelly Adams is the founder and CEO of Beyond Home Care, an independent non-medical home care agency, and a Certified Senior Advisor focused on providing adult children with guidance on caring for their aging parents. Michelle Cone Michelle Cone is senior vice president of training and brand programs for HomeWell Care Services. Amy Craven Amy Craven, PT, is vice president/owner of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., a doctor of physical therapy, and a certified case manager specializing in geriatric care. For more than 30 years, Dr. Craven has worked in healthcare in both clinical and leadership positions. She has managed and marketed both home health and home care in western New York, serving as an administrator for a national agency. She is dedicated to training and development in dementia/Alzheimer’s and behavioral healthcare, and believes that both professional and family caregivers can benefit from knowledge and improve the quality of life for their clients and loved ones.
Sheila Davis Sheila Davis, CHCE, COS-C, is the executive senior vice president of area operations at Always Best Care Senior Services. Davis has over 34 years of executive leadership experience with solid knowledge of healthcare operations and comprehensive nursing care procedures. She’s committed to regulatory issues to ensure quality of care can be provided to all clients in need regardless of age, race, gender, etc. and firmly believes that providing information to legislative members makes a difference. Davis has recently been appointed to the HCAOA Medical Advisory Council and the NAHC Private Duty Advisory Council.
Kristen Duell Kristen Duell is the Chief Marketing Officer for Home Care Pulse. She has over 18 years of experience in the pre-and post-acute care industry, where she’s held positions from non-clinical caretaker to CEO, and most recently she’s leveraged technology to invoke widespread industry changes with scalable solutions. Some of the leadership positions that Kristen has held are: Executive Vice President of KanTime and CEO of a technology startup. Kristen’s passion is shaping health care by providing upward mobility and visibility to women in the industry, which led her to found the Inclusion Diversity and Equity Alliance in Leadership (IDEAL) for Health care.
Jensen Jones Jensen Jones is the COO of Caregiver Quality Assurance and The Home Care CEO Forum. Jones is also the CEO of Jensen Morgan & Jones LLC, which provides facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for home care/home health agencies across the country. He currently works alongside Stephen Tweed facilitating Leading Home Care’s “Strategic Growth” and “Top 10%” Mastermind groups. Jones has led organizations ranging from $3 million to $65 million in annual revenue. He previously served as the president of a multilocation home care agency and enjoys helping others in the industry connect and grow.
Aishling Dalton Kelly Aishling Dalton Kelly, founder and CEO of Aishling Companion Home Care and the Aishling Care Academy, dedicates her life's work to caring for seniors, especially those with dementia. She is passionate about building integrity and high standards in the home care and caregiver training arena. Dalton Kelly holds certifications as a CADDCT (Certified Alzheimer’s Dementia Disease Certified Trainer), a CFRDT (Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer), a CECM (Certified Elder Care Manager), a CMDCP (Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional), a CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner), and an Ageless Grace Certified Educator. She has been a board member of the Home Care Association of America since 2013 and currently serves as the vice president of the Illinois chapter.
Kerri Kristoff Kerri Kristoff is the senior project manager at corecubed and helps to bring the right people together at the right time to help clients communicate the right message. Kristoff has worked in various healthcare settings for more than 20 years and is a childbirth educator in addition to working for corecubed. The work she does in these seemingly opposite fields has given her an immense appreciation for the importance of starting and finishing life strong with dignity, care, and choice.
Brandi Kurtyka Brandi Kurtyka, founder and CEO of MissionCare Collective, is a national speaker on healthcare recruitment, retention, and motivation. Co-founder of myCNAjobs and CoachUp Care, Kurtyka’s team manages the largest caregiver community in the nation and has spent the past decade in the trenches serving the industry. Katherine Vanderhorst Katherine Vanderhorst is president and co-founder of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., a board-certified psychiatric nurse with 30+ years of clinical experience in behavioral healthcare and Alzheimer’s care, and a certified care manager. Vanderhorst has been working in home care and home health since 1995 and published two studies on the effectiveness of behavioral health home care. In her 15 years with a national home care provider, she developed behavioral health home care programs for seniors, adults, and children as well as Alzheimer’s and related dementia programs. She is deeply passionate about enabling the highest-level and least restrictive care for elderly patients with mental health and cognitive issues.
