Employers can expect increased scrutiny from organizations like the EEOC, OSHA, and DOL in coming months, requiring management teams to keep an eye on regulations and legal challenges as they work to engage staffing during shortages.

Attend this webinar to get tips on creating well-documented strategies to avoid penalties stemming from this increased oversight.

You’ll receive a wealth of resources to put together iron-clad policies related to things such as pay-per-visit and the lawsuit risk when withholding paychecks.

This webinar and the resources that go with it are must-haves for home health agency administrators and HR reps to maintain compliance heading into 2022.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how the pandemic has changed employment law
  • Identify policy updates to protect against the latest enforcement trends
  • Avoid expenses related to damages, attorney fees, and bad publicity
  • Review current policies to ensure they comply with changing regulations
  • Outline a way to maintain operational continuity even as leadership personnel change

During this can’t-miss webinar with live Q&A, you’ll walk through vital issues that need to be addressed in the following key policies:
