Kelly Adams Kelly Adams is the founder/owner of Beyond Home Care, an independent home care agency providing professional solutions in aging. She is a Certified Senior Advisor® focused on providing adult children with guidance and support to care for their aging parents, and she's an educator and advocate at heart. She has worked for the past seven years to position Beyond Home Care as an authority in the senior care space in East Alabama. As an owner, she understands the obstacles private home care faces today, and can speak with authenticity on practical and actionable strategies in overcoming them.
Sarah Barker Sarah Barker is the owner of Connect Forward Training. She’s propelled by curiosity, empathy, and a serious drive to leave a positive impact in this world. Barker has almost 15 years of experience in business development and sales for the non-medical home care industry and nonprofit sector. Other specialty areas include management, interviewing, marketing, social media use, program development, program delivery, training, coaching, and vendor negotiations. She currently hosts a two-day Senior Care Sales Solutions Academy and has 13 one-to-one consulting clients from across the U.S.
Greg Bean Greg Bean is the vice president of business development for Paradigm Senior Services. He has spent the last twenty-five years working in both skilled and private duty home care, including opening two private duty companies. Previous positions include stints as a director, regional director, and national director of operations for home care and community-based operations such as Bayada, PSA and Butterfly Effect and Visiting Angels. Bean began his career in healthcare at 17 as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. After the Navy, he spent the next twelve years as a paramedic and critical care nurse.
Michelle Cone Michelle Cone is the senior vice president of training and brand programs at HomeWell Franchising Inc. With over 25 years of experience in the post-acute care space, Cone equips HomeWell's franchise owners with purposeful brand programs and industry-leading training to help them differentiate their agencies. She has used her experience and data to develop HomeWell's Signature™ Programs and specialty care offerings for homebound individuals facing distinct health and wellness challenges.
Kristen Duell Kristen Duell is a home care consultant and founder of IDEAL for Healthcare. She has over 20 years of experience in the pre-and post-acute care industries, where she’s held positions from non-clinical caretaker to CEO. Most recently, she worked as the chief marketing officer for Home Care Pulse. Prior to that she leveraged technology to invoke widespread industry changes with scalable solutions. Other leadership positions she has held include serving as the executive vice president of KanTime and CEO of a technology startup. Duell’s passion is shaping healthcare by providing upward mobility and visibility to women in the industry, which inspired her to start Inclusion Diversity and Equity Alliance in Leadership (IDEAL) for healthcare.
Nicole Haney Nicole Haney is the owner of Papa’s Place Adult Day Care, LLC, and has over 16 years of experience in healthcare. In 2018, Haney opened Papa's Place after her own dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. It began as a center for seniors who had dementia and other limitations and offered a safe environment while providing family caregivers respite. Over the years, Papa's Place has blossomed into a full continuum of care offering services to children and adults—in the day center, their homes, and the Tustin House assisted living facility. Haney’s primary focus is in senior care. She’s become a leading expert in dementia care and has also built a coaching business where she teaches business owners how to strategize, diversify, and build their business.

Jensen Jones Jensen Jones, MBA, is the owner and CEO of the Homecare CEO Forum and Jensen Morgan & Jones LLC. His organizations provide facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for home care agencies across the country. He has led organizations large and small and was the former president of a multi-location home care agency. Jones earned his MBA in 2016 from the University of Oregon.
Olivia Jones Olivia Jones is the executive vice president of Care Advantage. She has worked in the home care environment for over 20 years and is known for being an operational leader who truly understands how to make the client and caregiver relationship work. With a drive to operate efficiently and provide systems process improvements, Jones has overseen 18 new acquisitions into the Care Advantage Family and helped grow its footprint into the largest privately-owned personal care company in the Mid-Atlantic. She continues to advocate for senior care and has made television appearances on shows such as Good Morning Virginia, Showcase Richmond, and The Hampton Roads Show.
Meghan Kenny Meghan Kenny is the director of SVNA Home Assistance. When she became the director in 2016, she managed an office with a staff of just one and a caregiving staff of 23. Over the years, she tripled her caregiving staff, increased her office staff, and opened a second branch in Massachusetts. In 2020, her company merged with a local small VNA with a failing private duty registry and took on the role of director there as well. Since then, both companies have been thriving, and a third branch was opened in New York state. Kenny now manages over 175 caregivers and has about 150 clients.
Sonnie Linebarger Sonnie Linebarger is the founder & CEO of Evoke Greatness and the host of The Evoke Greatness Podcast. Sonnie stepped out of the corporate world in 2022 to serve and positively impact organizations and leaders in a larger, more meaningful way. She is an RN and servant leader who started her career out in the Pediatric ICU before finding her way into hospice. In her 20+ year journey from CNA to CEO, she has become a highly respected thought leader, committed to the transformation, growth, and mentorship of others.
Eileen Maguire Eileen Maguire,attorney and mediator at Eileen Maguire Law Firm, has been practicing law for more than 20 years. Her primary areas of practice are wage-and-hour and employment issues, and she represents home care, home health, hospice, and private providers. She is a frequent speaker and author on wage-and-hour and employment topics for state and national trade associations. She co-authored and recently updated Federal Wage and Hour for Home Care and Federal Wage and Hour for Private Providers – ANCOR Edition 2022.
Stuart Robertson Stuart Robertson, vice president of talent acquisition, recently joined Care Advantage with 20+ years of talent acquisition (employee recruitment) knowledge in both agency and corporate environments. His background includes experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One, IBM, and Infosys as well as VCU Health Systems in Virginia. He has led global and national teams, taking pride in developing world-class employee talent, which always focuses on creating a positive candidate experience for each company he serves. Revving up the recruitment engine and getting his team motivated to hit goals is a key driver for Robertson’s approach to recruiting the best employees in the healthcare industry. 
Melanie Stover Melanie Stover is an occupational therapist and co-owner of Home Care Sales, a training and consulting firm. She has been responsible for the growth of home health, hospice, and in-home care agencies over the last 26 years.  Melanie and her business partner Cheryl Peltekis developed, teach, and coach The Total Patient Care Delivery Model™, where home health, palliative, hospice, and in-home care service lines work seamlessly together to deliver the highest patient/ client outcomes.   
Kristen Wheeler Kristen Wheeler, the executive director of private duty at the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, has been working In healthcare since 1990. In 2004, she was asked to create a private duty program for a Medicare-certified home care and hospice agency. Realizing private duty home care should operate independently, Wheeler co-owned a standalone private duty agency for several years before moving into the association world. She spent nearly six years with the Home Care Association of Florida, building a robust private duty-specific membership that continues to thrive, before joining the NAHC team in early 2021.
