Amy Craven, PT, is vice president/owner of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a certified case manager specializing in geriatric care. Katherine Vanderhorst is president and co-founder of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., a board-certified psychiatric nurse with 30+ years of clinical experience in behavioral healthcare and Alzheimer’s care, and a certified care manager. Vanderhorst has been working in home care and home health since 1995 and published two studies on the effectiveness of behavioral health home care.
